A solution contains a title, the problem description and how the problem can be resolved. You can use it to provide solutions for known problems, so that your customers are able to help themselves. This frees your support team from repetitive work and saves a lot of time.
You can create solutions on your own using the Browser, or - depending on your plan - you can push solutions automatically from your internal ticket system or internal solution database. | |
